If you had time to check out the webinar replay I posted from April 1st, you will see that exercise is in the top 5 things you can do for your health right now.

It is also something we can control. At this time we must stay in action with the things we can control.

My one and only goal is for EVERYONE in our community to THRIVE through this crisis. In order to do so, we must prioritize our health. Building exercise into your quarantine lifestyle is incredibly important.

There are many free memberships and gyms that are offering workouts to help you succeed. If those are too overwhelming for you. I am here to help.

My husband, Gerardo has offered to create and film at home workouts for our community. (He’s a personal trainer)

This is the first in a three part series of “At Home Workouts” (video below).

This is Level 1 – Beginner. Stay tuned for Level 2 – Intermediate, and Level 3 – Advanced.
