Calling All Women… How to Be the Best YOU No Matter What.
Well this is the final post for September. If you have been following along you know this is the end of my month long dedication to moms. I have been so touched by the feedback we have been receiving.
I applaud your efforts to be healthy and create balance in your life.
Your responses have ignited something in me. They made me realize that although we are all unique, we struggle with many of the same concerns on a daily basis.
Interwoven throughout the responses were questions. There were many requests about having more energy, hormone balance, food and nutrition. These items are pivotal in order to live a healthy balanced life. Since these topics are important to nearly all of you I suggest that we keep the conversation going.
It’s time to shine a light on your concerns.
Women’s health is circular as opposed to linear. If it were linear it would be a much drier conversation that could be presented in bullet points. Have low energy? Do this (drink 5 hour energy drink). Linear thinking doesn’t tell the whole story and it mainly results in quick fixes. As you know a quick fix is a Band-Aid and not permanent.
Since women’s health is circular we need to have a conversation. A conversation about how we get to un-health and how to systematically back ourselves out of the tunnels we crawled into in order to survive.
I want you to thrive not survive.
