The 10/10/10 Take Back My Health Challenge is officially starting TODAY and I’m jumping for joy with excitement! Here’s how it’s going to work: every day, for 10 days, we’re going to commit to eating 10 servings of fruits and vegetables.
This is NOT a diet or a menu plan for 10 days. This is a way for you to increase your fruits and veggies along with what you are already eating. Seriously, if you want to eat a few tacos eat them, maybe turn one into a veggie taco, or a taco salad. My goal is for you to build more veggies into your regular snacks and meals. If you want to completely re-vamp your snacks into healthier choices I’m in full support of that too.
