- The 5 must have essential oils to have at home: Peppermint, Lemon, Tea tree, Frankincense, Lavender
Past-tense – as a result of tension
Migraine Trio Essential Oil Tri-fecta – frankincense on thumb rubbed into the roof of soft palate in mouth, lavender on temples, peppermint on back of neck.
- Burns: Lavender oil direct on skin – anything that needs to be calmed or soothed.
- Cuts and Scrapes: Tee tree and lavender – roller bottle or sprays
