Immune Soup Recipe
Feeling run down? Cold and flu season starting to catch up to you? Make the immune soup! These kitchen herbs are medicinal.
Directions:
1 Quart vegetable broth
1 medium onion chopped
6 cloves of garlic chopped
2 inch piece of ginger grated
Add to pot and bring to boil for 20 min. Strain herbs and drink broth throughout the day like a tea.
