I started doing Gerardo’s level 2 workout this weekend. It is just enough to work my muscles but not over-do it. The stretching feels so good and the warm-up is perfect. I encourage you to check it out.

Speaking of schedules I started my re-vamped morning routine this week.

Here it is, I take a walk around our neighborhood when I get up for about 20min. Then I hit the back porch for Gerardo’s Level 2 workout. It takes about 20min. Then I come inside and drink my celery juice. I juice the night before so the juice is ready to go. Next, I load the blender for a GIANT smoothie for all three of us, and hit the shower.

After 30min I return to the kitchen, blend the smoothie, and start making breakfast plates for us.

Breakfast plates usually consist of things that are cooked and pre-prepared in the fridge from the day before.

For example, this morning we are having: Roasted potatoes with rosemary, steamed asparagus with left-over salad.  Then I add refried beans and fresh fruit.
