This program is designed for those who realize that by “Getting Healthy” they can reduce their overall weight by making better food choices. We access the way that you are currently eating, evaluate your laboratory tests and your metabolic rate. Based on your symptoms and the test results we develop a nutritional program for your individual needs. Then we educate you on the food plan and how to make better choices and small changes over time. The goal is to have you feel better. More balanced, better concentration, less inflammation, less emotional. Once you feel better you will begin to make better food choices and we develop nutritional programs that can be incorporated into all lifestyles through food recommendations, exercise, nutritional supplementation, and hormone balancing. An assessment of blood type, body composition analysis, food allergies, and laboratory testing will determine the smartest way for you to slowly and steadily lose weight by identifying those foods that cause inflammation and prevent you from burning your own fat. Specific supplementation based on your metabolic needs is recommended.
