Strawberry Avocado Summer Salad

2 cups torn salad greens – Butter leaf lettuce is especially yummy
1/2 avocado peeled, pitted, and cubed into 1 inch chunks
10 medium strawberries sliced
½ cup chopped raw pecans
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon raw honey

Step 1: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, and lime juice. Set aside.
Step 2: Place the salad greens in a pretty bowl, and top with sliced avocado and strawberries. Drizzle dressing over everything, then sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving, or serve immediately.
